Krytonite Swelling Waterstop is a hydrophilic synthetic elastomeric rubber waterstop that uses
swelling pressure to seal concrete construction joints and penetrations to stop water in the most
extreme conditions. Krytonite has superior performance that swells up to 10x its original size and up
to 4x more than competing bentonite and rubber swelling waterstops. For use with regular ground
water, salt and sulfate contaminated water. Krytonite is extremely durable and will not deteriorate
over time. It can be used by itself as a single protection waterstop or with other components of the
Krystol Waterstop System as a double or triple protection for construction joints and penetrations.
